How to connect your key store data to other apps with AI connectors

Your dashboards hold the answers — what to reorder, what to push, where your money leaks away. With the Claude AI connector you can simply ask for them in plain language, and let Claude do the work in the tools you already use: your email platform, your ads, your design tool and your Shopify store itself. This video shows what that looks like in practice, and how to set it up in a few minutes.

What you will learn

  • What the Claude AI connector is, and why it gives AI tools reliable data
  • What you can do with it — from Klaviyo emails to Meta Ads, Canva designs and Shopify actions
  • How to set it up: your token in Fashion Analytics, the connector in Claude

Walkthrough: what the Fashion Analytics × Claude combination can do for your store (7:32).

Why connect your store data to Claude at all

AI tools are only as good as the data you feed them. On raw Shopify exports they tend to guess — there is simply too much unstructured data. The Fashion Analytics connector solves that: it hands Claude a small set of clean key metrics that Shopify alone cannot give you, like conversion rate, return rate and sell-through per product. That enrichment is what makes every answer reliable — and it is what upgrades every process in the video, from a campaign selection to a buying brief.

What the combination can do for your store

The video walks through real examples, each one a single question in a Claude chat:

  • Campaign selections — your best converting products, filtered on sales, returns and stock.
  • Klaviyo emails — a campaign draft in your own template, filled with the selection, scheduled when you say so.
  • Meta Ads — a campaign built from the selection, created paused so you decide what goes on.
  • Canva designs — headers and banners from your brand template, resized for mail, homepage and ads.
  • Shopify actions — sale prices, collections re-ranked on conversion and returns, fit notes where sizes cause returns.
  • A weekly schedule — every Monday morning: collection re-ranked, ads checked, one short report.

How to set up the connector in a few minutes

Setup happens in two places. In Fashion Analytics, open the Settings page and find the Claude AI connector section: it shows your Connector URL and your personal token. Treat that token like a password — anyone who has it can see your numbers. Then, in Claude, open Settings, go to Connectors and choose Add custom connector. Paste the address and the token, and you are connected: from that moment, every chat can use your store's real numbers.

One key detail: the Fashion Analytics connector only reads your data — it can never change your store. Changes like prices and collections run through the Shopify connector, and only when you ask.

💡 Good to know

  • The connectors for Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Canva and Shopify are separate connectors — install the ones you use, and they all join the same conversation.
  • New Meta campaigns created this way start paused, and store changes are reversible — you always stay in control.
  • Scheduled tasks run in the cloud, so your Monday morning report is ready even when your computer is off.

Your store's numbers, one question away

The connector takes minutes to set up, and from then on every dashboard becomes a question. Fashion Analytics feeds the right data, Claude does the work — and you review what goes out. Set it up once, and just ask.
